Although reasonable efforts are used to ensure that the website will be current and will contain no errors or inaccuracies, no representations, warranties, guarantees or conditions (whether express or implied) are given as to the operation of this website or that this website and the information, content or materials included in this website will be error free or completely accurate or current at all times, or at any time.
• The terms and conditions related to the use of this website, constitute the entire agreement between Arcadia Heritage Resort (“Arcadia/we/us”) and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any and all written and oral agreements previously existing between us with respect to such subject matter.
• Information contained in this website is provided for general information purposes only. Content is subject to change without notice, and information published in the website does not necessarily reflect the most current information available.
• ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
• All direct or indirect risk related to use of the site is borne entirely by the user.

 

Reservations

 

• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
• Other inclusions not specifically listed as a part of the booking may be chargeable.

 

Cancellations & Refund

 

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
• Upon receiving the request for cancellation from you (as per cancellation/no show policy), Arcadia will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. However, it could take around 30-45 days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice and the mode of payment.

 

Privacy Policy

  

• Arcadia respects your right to privacy. Any personal information that you share with us, like your name, date of birth, address, marital status, telephone number, credit card particulars and the like, shall be entitled to privacy and kept confidential.
• We assure you that your personal information shall not be used/disclosed by us, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.
• Arcadia reserves its rights to collect, analyse and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with a view to enhancing services to its visitors.
• Whilst Arcadia assures you that it will do its best to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information, it shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any violation or misuse of your personal information by unauthorised persons consequent to misuse of the internet environment.
• Arcadia reserves its rights to revise this privacy policy from time to time at its discretion. 

 

Limitations of Liability

  

• The information on this website is provided free-of-charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.
• We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise - including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.
